Description
Rutherford Briant are currently working exclusively with this leading labelling business in their search for a Senior HR Administrator.
Working alongside and reporting to the Head of Finance / (HR & Commercial Support), the individual will primarily be responsible for all HR/ad-hoc payroll duties.
A global organisation with a turnover of £1 billion and in excess of 3500 employees, this exciting company are moving into a new phase of UK growth and looking for likeminded ambitious people to be heavily involved in the future success of this dynamic team.
- Qualification in human resources management. (CIPD Level 35 or equivalent is advantageous)
- Proven work history working as a HR Administrator is essential
- Knowledge or experience of payroll would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in a commercial role, or within a commercial background
- Fully literate inoffice tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleHR & Excel
- Valid UK driving licence and good driving record is required
This is a fully office-based role with no opportunity for hybrid working at present however there is an opportunity this will change in the near future.
The client is looking to arrange interviews as soon as possible to ensure they are able to move into the new year and hit the ground running.
