Bradfields Academy is seeking to develop a multi-talented coaching team.

Subject Leads have piloted an academic coaching model and select members of this team will be introducing this across the academy to support Teaching and Learning.

The SLT is keen to recruit three members of support staff to join this team with a strength in supporting SEMH and therefore behaviours in students:

  • Have a flexible timetable in order to be deployed in a variety of communities and lessons at a variety of times.
  • Be skilled in implementing EHCP requirements that support students' SEMH and therefore their behaviours and be able to coach teaching staff in implementing these strategies in their lessons
  • Support in areas where critical TA absences have occurred.
  • Support with the Pastoral Support rota if and when required.
This is a term time only post plus 5 Staff Development Days.

The hours of work are 8.30 am pm with half hour lunch break, Monday-Friday (32.5 hours per week.) A paid regular out of hours team meeting will also be required.
