The Finance Assistant is responsible for supporting the Management Accountant, the Head of Business Continuity and the Membership Team in the collection and recording of financial transactions (income and expenditure) of the College.
The Finance Assistant will undertake tasks such as: data inputting; posting purchase invoices and bank payments; creating new sales invoices and issuing to customers; dealing with debtors via Sage; requesting the payment of outstanding membership fees in accordance with the timescales set in the membership policy; and supporting the Management Accountant in preparing for the annual Financial Audit.
