A dynamic and focused company, Cliniwaste are now looking for Waste Operatives to join their team at their site in Nottingham.

The role

  • Accepting waste from Cliniwaste and other vehicles where required onto site, inspecting and confirming accompanying paperwork is correct, completing nonconformance paperwork when needed.
  • Maximize throughput by loading the plant at an appropriate pace, moving waste through the site floor to the next processing station under Team Leader direction
  • Assist drivers with unloading/loading of vehicle, load /unload trailers and/or containers as instructed to ensure quick turnaround
  • Operate the plant in line with site permits and consent
  • Carry out all required routine operational checks
  • Working with Supervisor/Team leader use initiative to solve problems as they occur
  • Ensure all 770ltr bins are washed and maintained after each use
Key skills

  • Written English
Experience waste operative work environment is desirable

  • Physically fit
  • Team player with effective communication skills

  • 12 hour shifts working 4 on, 4 off
  • Day shift
  • This will include working weekends as per rota

From £10.50 per hour
