Description

This role involves three key areas of responsibility: Recruitment and Engagement Actively manage the recruitment and selection processes for all individuals wishing to join #TeamECS. This includes coordinating assessment and selection days, undertaking interviews, processing initial application documents and guiding successful applicants through the onboarding process to achieve full compliance. Ensure active communication between the operations teams to ensure compliant clinicians are handed over to the scheduling and operations teams for operational activity Support clinicians with queries and provide an ongoing link between our people and our HR team Ongoing Compliance Ensure ongoing compliance of all active team members, using specialised systems to track any compliance requirements. Oversee timely checks on official documents required and ensure appraisals are kept up to date HR activity Managing salaried staff holiday requests Support with managing sickness and absence Support with Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment Assisting with disciplinary proceedings as required Along with the above key responsibilities, this role may also involve supporting general business administration duties and above all else, engaging with the ethos of ECS to develop a rapidly growing business, striving for excellence.
