Our client an ever-expanding hospitality business is seeking a Management Accountant to join them. They offer a friendly family-run work environment and great scope for career progression and development.

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will take responsibility for producing the management accounts for a group of branches, get involved in budgeting and forecasting, and liaise with store managers to improve their financial understanding and drive store performance.

Description of the role:

The Management Accountant will have primary responsibility for the timely production of accurate management accounts for a number of the groups profit centre locations. As this is a new role the number of profit centres is to be determined but the targetis five. The reporting cycle is based around fourweek periods and hence thirteen reporting periods in the reporting year.
While hospitality experience would be an advantage, experience of a multisite and fastmoving business is preferred, to help develop lasting and fruitful relationships with 'customer' general managers and other senior staff at the profit centre locations.
Finally, this is a "roll your sleeves up" business. Getting things done in a timely and accurate manner, prioritising and working in a flexible way within the finance team.

To be considered for this great opportunity you will:

Have previous management accounts experience, ideally gained working in a multi-site environment
The ability to talk to nonfinance people about finance matters
Be a qualified accountant/Actively studying ACA/CIMA/ACA
