Business Development Team

Permanent role with an immediate start_
37 days paid holidays_

Salary
- £35,000 to £45,000 per year dependent on skills & experience_

We are looking for a Senior Executive with experience of developing research designs and managing or commissioning research projects to work in our Business Development Team.

The post-holder will work to the Head of Insight & New Business primarily writing research proposals in response to tenders from the public and third sector.

They will need to have a good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, and a detailed understanding of research project design, management and delivery.

Training will be given to support the costing of projects.

Experience within the social or market research industry is preferred; experience in public sector policy development or social research would also be advantageous.

Have excellent communication skills with clear writing style
Have strong organisational skills
Be selfmotivated and ability to work to strict deadlines
Have good attention to detail
Be computer literate and numerate
