We're on a mission to enable cleaner transportation for everyone, driving the way towards a lower-carbon future. We do this by designing and building solutions for charging electric vehicles at home, at work, and on-the-go.

Our award-winning services include charge points, a mobile app, and a charge card, providing access to 480,000 charge points in over 33 countries.


YOUR TEAM IS IN CHARGE OF
We are looking for a Sales Agent to join the UK Sales team from our London office. In this role you give our clients advise about our products and services. You work very closely with your team to secure a fast and accurate sales process. You're proactive and in a dynamic environment you motivate your team to reach their goals.


THIS IS HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Your core accountabilities are to...

  • Be the expert and to give our clients advice about all our products and services
  • Work closely with the sales team to secure a fast and accurate sales process
  • Looking for ways to streamline processes and challenge the status quo
  • Providing an amazing customer experience whilst managing customer queries regarding their current order
  • Working closely with our Account Managers to support our key business accounts and deliver an amazing
experience

  • Support our customer care team with any escalations that are still in the sales process and look to resolve

Success will be when you...

  • Easily processing orders to deal with increased volume when scaling up
  • Work in close collaboration with our installation partners to ensure installations run smoothly
  • Manage pipelines and process orders through Salesforce
  • Be the friendly sales voice on the phone as our business card to the outside world
  • Orders are installed with a strong first time right percentage
  • Help to streamline the process in our fastpaced environment

THIS IS WHO YOU ARE

Have experience of...

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
  • A fast paced work environment, where process improvement is encouraged.

Be skilled at

  • Giving attention to detail required at all times
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide education and consultation to our customers
  • Working in a team and develop team spirit
  • Working structured and accurate

Have knowledge of

  • The EV or automotive industry is a plus
  • CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Google (or Microsoft) Suite
  • Sustainability
  • Fluent in English,
  • A competency in Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish would be a bonus
At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
