Description
Duties and responsibilities- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Raising works orders for all planned and unplanned work. Arranging estimates and determining if work required is considered communal and assigning appropriately
- Managing Utility Bills
- Checking invoices against work orders/estimates and investigate any discrepancies
- Taking payments over the phone and processing through in house system
- Assisting in Financial Planning and issuing annual budgets to owners
- Assisting with the processing of apartment sales
- Assisting owners with possible insurance claims either individually or communal
Job Types:
