Description
Duties and responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors
  • Raising works orders for all planned and unplanned work. Arranging estimates and determining if work required is considered communal and assigning appropriately
  • Managing Utility Bills
  • Checking invoices against work orders/estimates and investigate any discrepancies
  • Taking payments over the phone and processing through in house system
  • Assisting in Financial Planning and issuing annual budgets to owners
  • Assisting with the processing of apartment sales
  • Assisting owners with possible insurance claims either individually or communal
