NEW ESTATES SERVICES MANAGER VACANCY
An Estates Services Manager position has arisen to work for a housing provider based in North London. The Estates Services Manager will be required for a 4 month contract with the view to be made permanent.

My client is looking for an experienced manager tojoin the team to supervise the maintenance team of a team of caretaking, bulk refuse and ground maintenance operatives.

The successful Estates Contracts Manager will be required to have access to there own car.

The Estates Services Manager will be required to:

  • Contract managing for ground maintenance, window cleaning, weed spraying and tree management with the approved contractors
  • Overseeing contracts
  • Holding meetings
  • Managing contract performance

You will have required to have:

  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience with contract management
