Description

An interesting Engineering business based just outside of Wymondham on the Hethel Engineering Centre site, are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive following an internal promotion within the team.


As the Customer Service Executive, you'll become the single point of contact for several key customer accounts, developing relationships and providing an efficient and personalised service.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Day to day management of Accounts; providing commercial support & assisting customers with requests and queries.
  • Preparation of quotations via CRM system for both 'one off' and annual contract buys, liaising with Product Manager & Factory Managers where appropriate.
  • Processing Customer orders, actioning order amendments via Oracle ERP system.
  • Liaising with the Technical Engineering group to formulate responses to technical enquiries from Customers.
  • Problem solving such as delivery rescheduling, rerouting of deliveries, shipping issues (such as delays, returns and pricing issues) etc.
  • Managing quality related concerns from Customers the Quality team and establishing corrective actions.
  • Processing of 'sample' and 'data' requests from Customers.
  • Occasionally visiting Customers, at the request of the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Attend Trade shows and Exhibitions as and when needed.
  • Attend internal meetings and briefings as required.

What we're looking for:


  • Proven Customer Service skills, ideally from within a technical background or business.
  • Good general IT skills, with a bias towards Excel.
  • Excellent Customer Service background.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Any Oracle experience would be a massive benefit, however full training will be provided.

Working Hours:

Mon - Thurs, 8am to 4:30pm and Fri, 8am to 3:30pm
- *Due to the nature of the role, hybrid working is not available._
