A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer, to join a dynamic and well established team based in Tunbridge Wells.

The firm are an award winning business and well recognised within the region with multiple offices throughout the SouthEast.

This full service firm have private client services at their core and are looking to hire an experienced residential property solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed conveyancer to take over a caseload following an internal restructure.

The role willrequire you to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters which include sales and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, equity releases and new development work, for a mid-high net worth client base.

You will have experiencein managing a busy caseload of residential property cases and excellent client skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

You will be able to work in a team and confident to work independently.

This role will afford you the opportunity participateit business development however, there is no shortage of work and you will walk in to a mid to HNW caseload derived from an established referral network.

The firm provide excellent training in a friendly and supportive environment, where you will have thechance to progress within your role and your career.
