PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


A Head of Sixth Form is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Sixth Form, ensuring high standards and day-to-day operations.

The postholder will monitor the academic and personal progress of all sixth form students, fostering high aspirations and facilitating achievement.

They will establish and maintain a culture that promotes success for all students in the sixth form.

We firmly believe that with the appropriate support, encouragement, and opportunities, all young people have the potential to succeed in both education and life.
