As Training Coordinator, you will work as part of a team that focuses on delivering a professional service, ensuring excellent business relationships are maintained.

You will onboard new clients, and utilising your learning and development experience, support the implementation of their L&D strategies.

This role comes with hybrid working following probation. On top of your salary, you will receive a company performance-related bonus. There is free parking available.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Working in line with training project schedules.
  • Providing operational and coordination support to training and sales consultants.
  • Scheduling training courses.
  • Communicating with clients every step of the way to keep them informed and up to date on their projects.
  • Providing technical support to clients.
  • Carrying out trainingrelated administration.
Experience in L&D is essential for this position, as are excellent organisation and planning skills. You will have experience supporting projects and working closely with clients/customers. You'll be personable and articulate, with exceptional people skills. Ideally, you will have previously used a CRM system and possess excellent IT skills.

Up to £26,000.00 per year
