The Role


We are looking for a confident, collaborative and commercially driven Project Executive to assist Eversheds Sutherland Project Managers in working with senior in-house legal teams and stakeholders to optimise the delivery of complex international legal services.

Eversheds Sutherland invests at the outset of every relationship a dedicated point of contact to; identify our client's key strategic objectives, understand our client's business operations and support our client's key commercial drivers to improve efficiency and performance.

The role of the Project Executive involves, but is not limited to:


Day-to-Day:


  • To assist in the coordination, delivery and review of client onboarding and projects;
  • Create and shape the client onboarding strategy and present it to all stakeholders;
  • Assist in the coordination and delegation of instruction intake;
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the delivery of crossborder/multijurisdictional projects;
  • To prepare and present key management reports;
  • Assist in the management of key legal technologies which support client service delivery;
  • Develop internal relationships across all legal functions (i.e. billing teams, credit control, marketing); and
  • Build, maintain and grow meaningful relationships with Client Partners.

Additional:


  • Assist in the coordination, delivery and review of adhoc projects;
  • Travel (where required) to other offices/client locations; and
  • Positively contribute to the growth and image of the Project Management team internally.

Desirable Criteria:


  • Graduate within Business (or similar discipline) and/or relevant industry experience operating in multijurisdictional settings;
  • Industry experience (Legal and/or Project Management);
  • Leadership experience; and
  • Cardiff/Leeds based.
