We wish to appoint a Senior Learning Support Assistant who will work in calibration with our English department in the planning, delivery and assessment of units of work for students identified for intervention strategies, including small groups and one to one work outside the classroom.

The target groups will be students in KS3 and KS4 who entered the school with low prior attainment plus Pupil Premium students and others who are not making expected progress in English.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:

Encourage and enthuse students to achieve their full potential.

Develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
