What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Chesterfield. This is an 8 month fixed term contract, however is likely to be extended or go permanent.

In this role, you'll be responsible for acting as a focal point for customers and providing a resolution to complaints.


Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Accurately investigating queries with relevant parties
  • Responding to customers within agreed SLA
  • Escalating complex queries when required
  • Providing thorough support to internal departments in relation to complaint handling
  • Completing daily reporting to identify customer status and support investigation

What are the hours?
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


What are we looking for?

  • Complaints management and resolution experience
  • Ability to develop rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Confidence using MS Office packages
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English
