We are now looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Groundskeeper, you will visit sites the properties and sites that we manage and ensure that they remain well kept and looking their best by completing a range maintenance tasks across the year.

Ensuring you arrive at each site on time, you will follow a daily schedule of tasks, ensuring that each task is completed within the timeframe and to the highest possible standard.

Additionally, you will:

Ensure the overall upkeep of the site
Carry out regular assessments of any issues that may have arisen
Report issues where necessary
Make sure our properties are presented to a high standard
Ensure the grounds and buildings remain tidy
Undertake landscaping and litter picking activities

What we're looking for

An experienced individual with a track record of working in a similar role and the ability to structure your tasks.

A qualified professional with PA1 and PA6 certificates of competence as this role involves the use and handling of herbicides.

An organised person.

Property is a fast-paced, fluid environment and we're looking for an individual who can tackle a broad range of tasks.

A friendly face As one of the regular faces that will attend our sites, you will become one of the faces of Virtu Property, so the ability to communicate politely with customers, team members and contractors fluently in English is essential.

As this role requires travel to and from our sites, you will need a full, valid driving licence.
