THE ROLE:

With responsibility for the North West Europe region, you will lead a team located across several countries - some travel required.

You will take ownership of the strategic priorities and turn them into a deliverable plan.

On a strategic level, you will collaborate with the NWE Region's Operational Management Team to identify commercial, optimization and digitalization potential across the region, while keeping the Customer experience at the heart of all you do.

Effectively turn data from dashboards and reporting tools into decisions and actions to drive a data led decision making culture.

You will act as a leadership role model in the business, create a best-in class standard for the Customer Interaction team through consistently acting with integrity, credibility, demonstrating constructive behaviours and have good insight into cultural different approaches across the region.

THE IDEAL PERSON:

You will ideally have a strong operational skillset with an ability to drive strategy while enjoying working in a process driven environment.

The ability to evidence success in leading leaders within a diverse customer service environment.

You can naturally and instinctively create a team culture which is open, honest, respectful and motivational, with a high focus and emphasis on actions, accountability and results.

Experience in remote management

Willingness to travel across your region both domestic and international
