The Salesforce Product manager is responsible for leading and building the product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap and ensuring that we are continually improving and enhancing our Salesforce Platform.


You will be responsible for ensuring best practices and providing governance on the platform whilst working with multiple stakeholders to build and maintain a well-defined and integrated roadmap that will deliver new products and capabilities to enrich ourbusiness processes.


The role has direct ownership of the platform and the services it will provide and will oversee and support the day-to-day operations as well as projects related to Sales & Delivery Operations objectives and ensure the platform is running at its optimisedstate.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of endtoend product life cycle. This includes business needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to enduser enablement and success.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, upgrades, and Optimisation
  • Manage implementation and maintenance of processes, methodologies, standards and guidelines for Salesforce
  • Day to Day operational Support and administration
  • Governance on all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboardsand report
  • Test / Dev Environment Management
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Collaborating and working crossfunctionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Drive new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and internal adoption
  • Ability to work in a fastchanging and fastpaced working environment
  • SME on Tools within platform

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience required
  • 3+ years of Product Management
  • Experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform, CRM, CPQ, Financial Force (PSA), Sales & Cloud
  • Experience in Salesforce release management
  • Integration experience with other systems.
  • Knowledge of version control, system Automated Testing, and Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration are strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Platform configuration/ administration & Development
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps Code Pipelines
