Join Our Team as a Senior Team Leader - Supported Living

About the Role:


Are you a dedicated Senior Team Leader with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, and mental health disorders? We are seeking a compassionate leader to oversee our care home or assisted living facility.

As a Senior Team Leader, you will use your strong leadership skills to supervise caregivers, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual resident needs
  • Oversee medication administration and ensure adherence to protocols
  • Manage daytoday operations to create a safe and supportive environment for residents
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on dementia care practices
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor resident health and wellbeing

Experience Required:


  • Previous leadership experience in a care setting, ideally in assisted living or similar environments
  • Proficient in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Skilled in supervising and mentoring staff members to deliver highquality care
  • Knowledgeable about medication administration protocols and care best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
