Join Our Team as a Senior Team Leader - Supported Living

About the Role:

Are you a dedicated Senior Team Leader with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, and mental health disorders? We are seeking a compassionate leader to oversee our care home or assisted living facility.

As a Senior Team Leader, you will use your strong leadership skills to supervise caregivers, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual resident needs
Oversee medication administration and ensure adherence to protocols
Manage daytoday operations to create a safe and supportive environment for residents
Provide guidance and support to staff on dementia care practices
Conduct regular assessments to monitor resident health and wellbeing

Experience Required:

Previous leadership experience in a care setting, ideally in assisted living or similar environments
Proficient in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
Skilled in supervising and mentoring staff members to deliver highquality care
Knowledgeable about medication administration protocols and care best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
