CSR are currently recruiting for one of our building and maintenance clients in Belfast.

Our client has been delivering new-build and refurbishment projects across all sectors for the past 40 years and they are now adding to their team an experienced Payroll Administrator.


The Role:


Reports To:
Financial Controller


Responsible For:
Administration of Weekly Payroll and various ad-hoc duties.


Key Relationships:
Contract Managers, Directors

  • Processing weekly payroll
  • Processing timesheets for employees ensuring all employees are paid on time
  • Responding to payroll queries on a timely basis
  • Inputting timesheets onto the Total Mobile system
  • Undertaking general administrative workloads as required

Criteria:


  • Experience with SAGE Accounts
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience of processing payroll records on a payroll system.
  • Proven Administrative experience
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organisational skills
