CSR are currently recruiting for one of our building and maintenance clients in Belfast.
Our client has been delivering new-build and refurbishment projects across all sectors for the past 40 years and they are now adding to their team an experienced Payroll Administrator.
The Role:
Reports To:
Financial Controller
Responsible For:
Administration of Weekly Payroll and various ad-hoc duties.
Key Relationships:
Contract Managers, Directors
- Processing weekly payroll
- Processing timesheets for employees ensuring all employees are paid on time
- Responding to payroll queries on a timely basis
- Inputting timesheets onto the Total Mobile system
- Undertaking general administrative workloads as required
Criteria:
- Experience with SAGE Accounts
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience of processing payroll records on a payroll system.
- Proven Administrative experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organisational skills
