Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive

A leading highly reputable, multi service law firm which has a large presence across the Yorkshire region are looking for a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their expanding team.

A Law firm that know their people are their greatest asset, afirm to work for that values your contribution, listens to your ideas and allows you to develop and thrive as a legal professional.

The Role

  • Run a caseload unsupervised.
  • Dealing with Administration Estates.
  • Grant Applications.
  • Trusts and Administration of Trusts.
  • LPA and Will work.
  • Have a solid working knowledge within this area of law.
  • Gained 24 post qualification experience.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
  • Used previous case management systems and BigHand digital dictation experience would be beneficial.
