The Opportunity


We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our fast-expanding company with excellent career progression available, including the opportunity to progress down the Learning and Development route.


The ideal person will have excellent attention to detail with good communication skills as they will be responsible for working with our Head of Learning and Development to assist with our Graduate Training Programme and whilst providing support with various tasks and administrative duties.

We are currently operating a hybrid working model to ensure flexibility and work life balance. We have offices based in both London and Newcastle.


The role will involve but will not be limited to:
Administrative duties to assist with our Graduate Training Programme

Working closely with our Head of Learning and Development, including shadowing training sessions

Reviewing and analysing calls and KPI's

Running various reports

What we are looking for:

Previous experience within a Sales or Recruitment environment

Batchelors Degree

Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office

Written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Motivated with the desire to learn


Salary and Commission
Starting salary £25k + discretionary annual bonus


Work Schedule
Monday

  • Friday
10am-7pm (40 hrs per week)

Full time, Permanent.
