Assistant Production Manager


We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join a close-knit and expanding communications team working in an international context with a global audience.

IHQ Assistant Production Manager


Location:
London (The role will be based in modern offices close to the Millennium Bridge, with flexible working options available, after 6 weeks in the role)


Salary:
£39,411.38 pa plus travel to work allowance up to £3500 pa

Hours: 35 per week - flexible working available


Contract:
Permanent

Contributory pension scheme, generous travel to work allowance, 25 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays per annum.

About the Role


The purpose of this role is to assist the IHQ Production Manager in managing, producing and curating exceptional quality audio visual content for the charity's international headquarters.

A secondary purpose is to offer high quality coaching in these skills specifically for members of the IHQ Communications team, whilst producing ad hoc training materials for international use under the guidance of the Head of Communications.


Responsibilities include:
*Studio configuration and management for usage across a variety of shoots. Ability to adapt the space to accommodate for different projects and scenarios (green- screen and general studio adaptation to different projects)
*Organising and managing recordings both within the studio space and on location.

About You


You will have:
*A clear and efficient understanding of current and relevant filming techniques and equipment.
*A proficient understanding of studio lighting and green screen filming environments.
*An understanding across the Adobe editing suite e.g., Adobe Premier, encoder, and other relevant software.
*A high level of communication skills needed to help individuals feel comfortable in the studio environment and guide them through the process to make it an enjoyable one.
