SCOPE OF ROLE:

The role is focused on managing the daily vehicle operations of the business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Process finance documentation and deal with finance house queries
  • Day to day administration and system updates to all internal and external systems
  • Arrange for dealer payments from funders and deal with any associated queries
  • Add orders to the system
  • Chase up lead times on all orders
  • Arranging deliveries of customer's vehicles
  • Arrange collection and inspection of funder vehicles
  • Provide adhoc support to the admin team for holiday and absence cover
  • Other administration tasks as required

KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES:


  • Suitable industry qualifications / time served or demonstrable experience within the industry
  • A good general level of vehicle knowledge
  • Problem solving and 'can do' approach
  • Attention to detail meticulous and thorough
  • Customer service skills relationship management and putting the customer first
  • Supplier liaison maximising our supplier relationships
  • Commercial awareness understanding how Alliance generates revenues
  • Data management including use of customer's personal data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business standard IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A tenacious, enthusiastic, and flexible disposition
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, and on their own when required
  • Be a well organised individual with excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
