Process Improvement Analyst - £36K - Crawley
The Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for supporting the business to drive continuous improvements.
They will be working on the end to end mapping of "as is" processes to identify process re-engineering, efficiency, control and automation opportunities.
Also, managing and tracking identified opportunities from analysis through to implementation.Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work in an agile continuous improvement culture that delivers new ways of working in an efficient and effective way.
- Identify the impact and benefits of continuous improvement changes for operations and support with the delivery of solutions to minimise risk and improve efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with all operational business areas business specialists, team leaders and managers.
- Accurately record and track identified and implemented opportunities.
- Work with IT regarding continuous improvement and change activities, working with available resources to support with the implementation of changes.
Key Skills
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
- PC Literate
- Ability to use Microsoft Office including Visio and Outlook
- Previous experience of working in a change environment or experience in a financial services environment
- Lean Six Sigma yellow and green belt qualification
- Proactive, 'cando' behaviour and attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
