Accounts Assistant
Our client, a well-established local company are in search of an experienced
Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with the accounts department
- Preparation of Purchase orders and distribution for authorisation
- Raising monthly sales invoices & maintaining sales/debtors ledger
- Filing of invoices and dealing with any queries
- Monthly management accounts preparation
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Posting monthly sales transactions
- Assisting with budgeting and variance analysis
- A relevant accounting qualification (desirable)
- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role
- High level of numeracy skill
- Ability to manage workload
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have excellent Microsoft skills including Outlook & Excel
