Description

Love Fitness are recruiting for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Customer Adviser team. You will be a vital part of the team and the welcoming face of our gym to our members.

You will be there to assist with customer enquiries and to ensure that they receive the best service & experience as well as ensuring the overall cleanliness of the gym is kept to a high standard.

Your job:
Customer service; create a great first impression and provide assistance whenever necessary.
Assist when required with class bookings, membership sign ups, payment, queries and conduct club tours to prospective members.
Deal with any member feedback, take ownership of the situation and report back to the manager.

Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.

We are looking for the Tuesday 4pm-8pm shift to be part of your contracted weekly hours as well as holiday and sick cover when needed.

Good communication & organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment is necessary.
Strong admin and computer skills, with the confidence to learn new systems & databases quickly

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
£10.42-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
