PAYE £215 £253 per day OR Umbrella £268 per day DOE

Job Summary

The post holder will be responsible for the creation of training strategy that will underpin the delivery of Training for the ePMA Programme.

The post holder will create and deliver a wide range of training mechanisms and materials.

Delivery of developed training will be via a mix of electronic teaching solutions such as face to face, webinars and eLearning in order to ensure that all clinical system end users are trained to a level of competency that enables confident and appropriateutilisation of Trust clinical systems

1) Creation of Training strategy and approach to ensure successful and smooth education and training to all end users in the organization.

2) The post holder will work closely with the ePMA project delivery team to ensure that all training material are in alignment ePMA configuration.

4) Develop & Provide training materials and sessions to clinical staff

5) Create and support a rolling training programme in alignment with the ePMA roll out.

6) Responsible for ensuring that all staff are adequately trained in order to safely use the ePMA.

7) To ensure all end-users are trained on ePMA and affected systems. Deliver good training and assessment within the curriculum through an effective variety of teaching, learning and competency activities
