The Job

As an internal recruiter for AVI-SPL you will spearhead our drive to secure the very best talent on the market as well as implement best practice throughout the business.

The role reports directly into the HR manager and will be primarily responsible for delivering a full recruitment solution into our service function.

As well as the full recruitment life cycle you will be responsible for recruitment compliance, supplying recruitment metrics, general admin tasks as well as forming part of the wider HR function within the business.

Other duties will include:

Works closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective and

successful recruiting strategies

entire recruiting process from initial screen to on-boarding

Take the lead on 'Early careers', helping develop structured programs across the Service function
Post, manage and track assigned internal and external job postings on ATS and job boards
Manage recruitment process and applicant flow via our Applicant Tracking System

These include:

Previous experience in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to:

talent sourcing, manager relationships, applicant tracking, and closing offers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Selfstarter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple searches simultaneously
The ability to drive for results to meet placement goals

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
