Description
Here at Safety Solutions we are looking for a General Purchasing Administrator to join our great team


Main Duties are as follows:

  • Stock control consisting of keying purchase orders / sales orders / delivery dockets and maintaining the flow of incoming goods
  • Adjusting stock and looking after returns
  • Trader support managing a flow of incoming paperwork with suppliers and recording and documentation to suit
  • EC List producing southern sales and listing to HMRC
  • Intrastat production monthly
  • Organising transportation for incoming goods with our list of suppliers
  • Looking after payments via producing a report set up for authorisation by Financial Director
  • Answering phones and general pricing assistance for Managing Director
Hours - 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

Location - based in office at Lissue Industrial Estate

Salary - to be discussed at interview


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
