Here at Safety Solutions we are looking for a General Purchasing Administrator to join our great teamMain Duties are as follows:
- Stock control consisting of keying purchase orders / sales orders / delivery dockets and maintaining the flow of incoming goods
- Adjusting stock and looking after returns
- Trader support managing a flow of incoming paperwork with suppliers and recording and documentation to suit
- EC List producing southern sales and listing to HMRC
- Intrastat production monthly
- Organising transportation for incoming goods with our list of suppliers
- Looking after payments via producing a report set up for authorisation by Financial Director
- Answering phones and general pricing assistance for Managing Director
Location - based in office at Lissue Industrial Estate
Salary - to be discussed at interview
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
