Farnham

£20,000-£21,000pa


My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join their growing team.

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customersand supporting the specialists with admin duties.

As a key member of the team your responsibilities will include:
Recording transactions including purchases, income, sales, receipts, and payments.

Keeping the system up to date.

Sharing knowledge of products to customers, proving support and advise.

Assist the team with any other administrative duties

Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

Have 1 year office based customer service role experience ideally.

Have good IT skills.

Work well under a pressurised environment.

Have great attention to detail
