An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint to a Permanent Part Time post within Adult Social Services, based at Rhymney Resource Centre with an element of home working once fully trained.

This position involves working alongside Social Work and Support Staff in relation to the service area. This will involve working effectively to the CCBC Business Process and Welsh Government requirements.

Recording information onto the Welsh Community Care Information System (WCCIS). Scanning documents, processing data in systems to evidence performance.

Maintaining and ordering office stationery via Proactis. Dealing with internal and external mail and telephone queries, including Service Users.

Checking/updating Social Services Database and validating reports to provide performance management information and minute meetings when required.

This post will also require flexibility to work across the Borough as and when required.
