Description

Bubbles Swim School is looking for an experienced ASA or STA Level 1/2 Swimming Teacher to teach at our swim school in Barns Green near Horsham.

You will be able to teach children of all ages and abilities but predominately ages 8 weeks to 14 years old to develop strong swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water.


Key Tasks

  • To deliver planned lessons
  • Creating an environment that motivates and encourages swimmers
  • To use positive and reinforcing language when providing feedback
  • To be able to assess swimmers' abilities during trial lessons
  • Provide regular and accurate feedback.
  • Work towards ASA badge promotions.

Job Type:
Part time self employed


Rate:
£27.00 per hour


Hours:
Thursday 11:00 - 12:00 (last lesson 11:30) - Toddler and babies

Saturday 13:30 - 17:30 (last lesson 17:00) - Babies, Duckling levels and Stage 1-5


Experience:

- swim teaching: 2 years (preferred)


Licence:

  • ASA or STA Level 2 Swim Teaching (required)
  • NRASTC (or equivalent teachers rescue award) (required)
  • Up to date DBS checked
