Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Skills:


  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,638.97 per year
