KS1 1:1 Support Staff and Behavioural Specialist | DE11 Swadlincote


The Role:


  • Individual 1:1 support.
  • Utilising behaviour management strategies within the classroom.
  • Assisting staff with daytoday responsibilities.
  • Communicating with staff and parents.
  • Must be a suitable role model and an approachable member of staff.
  • Nurturing and caring personality.

The Applicant:


  • Previous experience working 1:1.
  • Proven behavioural management strategies.
  • Level 3 TA or equivalent.
  • 1 Year's experience in schools.
  • Strong work ethic to undergo tasks independently.
