    About the Role

    We are looking for a friendly, helpful person to join our team in our Chepstow branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers, in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.

    This is a part-time opportunity working 8:45am - 12:30pm every Saturday.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Finding solutions for customers
    • Keeping up-to-date with our services and policies
    • Managing cash transactions carefully and accurately
    • Taking calls and other duties for our greater Customer Service area
