Employing over 120 full-time drivers and operating a fleet of over 130 Mercedes Benz vans managed by the latest fleet tracking, telematics and navigation system, the company operates bespoke, secure overnight & same day courier services in highly regulated sectors.

Operating from its HQ & Hub in Winsford, Cheshire the company has a comprehensive UK-Wide client base and manages sizeable government contracts across the England Scotland & Wales.

Based at the Winsford Operations Hub the successful applicant will be working within a dedicated Operations Team, assisting with planning and scheduling, dealing with customer enquiries, allocating jobs to drivers, and general administration duties.

Key Tasks:

Assist in the planning of the daily schedules and also allocations of additional work
Maintain and support good working relationships with other members of the Operations Team, drivers and clients

Essential Job Requirements:

Excellent geographical knowledge
Good Communication skills
Good Computer literacy
Ability to pass higher levels of government security clearance
Desire to learn new skills and undertake training
Work flexibly and according to the needs of the business

Hours of work:
11:00 to 20:00

Once trained there is a requirement to be on call as part of a rota system. (Currently one day every 5 weeks)

Salary, dependent on experience:
£22,000 -£24,000
