A vacancy has arisen for a Care Assistant (Nights) to join our team at Woodlands Nursing Home, Ripley.
Monarch Healthcare is an established care provider. We provide care and nursing support for older people and people living with dementia. We are a forward-thinking company, looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our supportive, dedicated team. We work to improve the quality of life for all, providing person-centred care and support.

Shift times:19:30-07:30 - We work on a rota basis which will include alternate weekends and some bank holidays.

The responsibilities of the Care Assistant role:

As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will provide person-centred care and support to people with all aspects of daily living.

We are looking for people who are caring, understanding and passionate about supporting others.

Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not essential as we will provide you with an induction and ongoing support and training.
