Description
Client communication and follow-up, collecting and collating supplier information into a centralised database to support ongoing Corporate ESG project. Communicate effectively to the Supply Chain Manager on a regular basis. This role will also involve support the EHS department with administrative tasks associated with site expansion.

  • Regular communication and followup with Piramal Grangemouth suppliers, escalating to the Supply Chain Manager instances where suppliers are not responding in a timely manner
  • Assist with compilation and reporting of data for the ESG Phase III project roll out and execution
  • Attend training for Eco Online Chemical Manager document management system.
  • Review COSHH assessments as compiled on Eco Online by all relevant departments.
  • Uploading of EHS documentation on to document management system
  • Create a simplified template which will provide an adequate level of response.
  • Coordinate supplier responses and merge to create a complete document/response.
  • A lot of data crunching and ability to pick up the phone and deal with suppliers.

Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£18,433.22-£22,000.00 per year
