We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants in Peterborough who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in his home.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a gentleman in his 60s who lives with his family in Peterborough. He requires support throughout the day and night on a 2:1 basis.

He is a big family man and loves spending time with his partner and grown-up sons, his sons are part of a band, and he really enjoys listening to their live music he is their biggest fan

Throughout the day you will be required to assist him to enjoy his hobbies, interests and accessing his social activities, as well as meeting his clinical care needs, and supporting with his personal care and moving and handling requirements.

Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care needs, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical needs when required.

You will provide a safe and calming environment to promote a restful night's sleep.

Essential Experience Required

3 months of previous care experience
Personal Care experience
Medication Administration
Pet Friendly

Desired Experience

Motor Neurone Disease Awareness
PEG Feeding
Oxygen Administration
Tracheostomy Care

We have the following shifts available;

Part Time
2/3 Shifts Per Week
Days
8am8pm
Nights
8am8pm

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays :
£14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per shift)

Weeknights :
£15.00 per hour(£180 approx. per shift)

Saturday :
£16.00 per hour(£192 approx. per shift)

Sunday :
£16.00 per hour (£192 approx. per shift)

Bank Holiday :
£17.50 per hour(£210 approx. per shift)
