Our client who is a leading provider in their sector, are seeking aContract Administrator based in Chester-le-Street. This is an exciting, brand-new vacancy to become an integral part of the team, working in a busy department. This is a fantastic opportunity, working for a well-established business at their new office location.
Duties as a Contracts Administrator:
- Preparing relevant documentation for different departments
- Using various software and programmes
- Handling queries
- Dealing with reports and spreadsheets
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Dealing with stock and orders
- Maintaining filing systems both electronic and paper based
- Meeting deadlines
- Providing general administrative support to the business
Skills:
- Strong administrative experience
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience using various software
- An excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks
