Our client who is a leading provider in their sector, are seeking a

Contract Administrator based in Chester-le-Street. This is an exciting, brand-new vacancy to become an integral part of the team, working in a busy department. This is a fantastic opportunity, working for a well-established business at their new office location.


Duties as a Contracts Administrator:


  • Preparing relevant documentation for different departments
  • Using various software and programmes
  • Handling queries
  • Dealing with reports and spreadsheets
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Dealing with stock and orders
  • Maintaining filing systems both electronic and paper based
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Providing general administrative support to the business

Skills:


  • Strong administrative experience
  • An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience using various software
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks


To be successful as a Contract Administrator you will be a confident individual, with the ability to work well as part of a team, and on your own initiative.

In return you will receive a salary up to £25,500 per annum, plus benefits, working Monday-Friday.
