**Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Newcastle-upon-Tyne**Our client is a Legal 500 firm looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join the growing Dispute Resolution team in Newcastle.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial litigation matters, become part of a dynamic and collaborative team, and develop your skills within a fast-paced, growing department.

You will primarily focus on commercial litigation and property litigation issues, but you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Commercial Property, Company Commercial and Employment teams to work on matters such as minimising litigation for existingclients, dealing with contested issues up to trial and resolving contractual disputes pre-proceedings.

Ideally, you will be at least - 6 years' PQE with a solid knowledge of commercial litigation processes and procedures.

You will have the drive to succeed individually and to support the wider developing team as well as the ability to work to deadlines andbuild strong relationships with clients.
