Description
We are recruiting for Care Assistants in Barnoldswick. The rate of pay starts from £11.79 per hour. There are various shifts available.


Your Duties will include:

  • Physical tasks include: washing, dressing, bathing and feeding clients, including those with special needs arising from physical or mental deterioration
  • Social duties include: talking to and motivating clients, helping clients to maintain contact with family and community, assisting with shopping, and organising group social activities
  • Assisting in the creation of a supportive and homely atmosphere where clients can achieve maximum independence
  • Cooperating with domestic staff to best meet the personal needs of the client

What we need from you:

  • 6 months paid experience in a healthcare setting.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Direct Care or commitment to study to achieve the qualification
  • We will conduct a DBS check at interview stage
