Description
Labourer required for doing initial strip out works to properties ahead of trades. Experience will be required in removing plaster, wallpaper, skirting boards, tiles, laminate flooring etc. Must be able to work to a good clean finish

Will also work in and assist trades and others as and when required.

A full clean drivers licence is required as a company van will be issued with full uniform and phone. Works will be throughout the north west area.


Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
