Description

We require a Contract/Project Administrator based at either our Hull or Leeds branch to assist a field surveyor in managing building insurance work in domestic properties.


We set high standards of service and delivery so the right person will want to make a difference and be passionate about us maintaining our record of prompt, reliable and accurate repairs.

Experience of working within the insurance industry would be an advantage but not essential.


Job purpose:

To proactively desk top manage an allocation of domestic household insurance claims.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Handling of claims and any related queries from customers/clients
  • Complete all administration and paperwork in accordance with company procedure and service standards and in line with claims protocols
  • Providing exceptional customer service by updating customers/clients by telephone and via written/electronic communications

Experience/Skills required:


  • Committed, thorough and accurate worker
  • Organisational and time management skills as well as a client focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of accuracy both literary and numerical
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • The required hours are Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), either 8.00am 4.30pm or 8.30am 5.00pm
Salary is dependant on experience.

28 Days holiday (including bank holidays) + incentives to receive additional holiday entitlement.
