Our Travel Retailing Affiliate wishes to recruit a Project Management Maintenance Coordinator to support the Project Management team within Store Design & Visual Merchandising.
The role will cover all brands for TR Europe Middle East and Africa and will be based at the London Offices, reporting to our Senior Project Manager.
The role primarily will be to support the Project Managers, with the responsibilities listed below and to keep on top of all the information and requests that come in on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities include:
Project Management
- Support the Project Managers on all new opening and refurbishment requests on all Capex Projects
- Support all Projects working closely with the Visual Merchandisers to ensure orders are placed on time (make up cascades & drawers, ACS, GPS, communication bands, visuals etc)
- Ordering of project specific collateral
- Playnetwork, Stools.
- Tracking orders, to ensure they arrive to Shopfitters on time, for all installations.
- Raising project related purchase orders using Marketplace, our internal ordering systems
- Coordinating counter Maintenance requests that have been raised via 'On the Move', our internal communications app.
- Partner with Field Teams in prioritizing Maintenance Requests and managing Internal Work Streams and Work Flow to shopfitters
- Liaise with Shopfitters, Maintenance Contractors and any external stakeholders to ensure Jobs are executed and completed on time and within budget
- Manage budget approvals with Business Managers and raising Purchase Orders
- Build strong stakeholder relationships within the Travel Retail department, partnering with Finance, IP, Regional Brand Directors
- Collaborate and liaise closely with Store Design, Visual Merchandising and Field Visual Merchandising Teams ensuring clear handover of projects
- Support Head of Project Management in any Project Execution details.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business objectives.
