About the role
You will play a key role in helping our Recruiters drive hiring at SoundCloud. You will own coordination for the recruiters and hiring teams based in London and Berlin.

Working across the whole organisation, you will:

Work and support the team on recruiting related projects, mainly in data and employer branding.
Help improve our processes using data and resolve bottlenecks to drive an excellent hiring process.
Be strong support to your recruiting team.
Handle and prioritize multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and sharing the data with recruiters to continuously improve the process.

This is a 24 hours (part-time) a week role.

You're somebody who enjoys detailed planning of events and are also just as comfortable jumping in to get your hands dirty.
