twenty84 is helping a Fintech company find a part-time MLRO to join an inclusive and collaborative team in London.

The 12 month fixed term contract role comes with a salary of up to £110k p/a on a pro rata basis plus benefits and the chance to progress yourcareer at a thriving company.


As a MLRO, you will be designing and implementing policies and processes to comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards for the e-payments business and related financing operations, with a focus on AML and driving the authorisation projectwith the FCA.

In this Senior Financial Crime Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Conduct periodic risk assessments to ensure program effectiveness and risk mitigation through continuous iteration and improvements to payments compliance policies, procedures, and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain the firm's antimoney laundering and counterterrorist financing policy in line with evolving statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Assist management in developing and maintaining an effective AML and counterterrorist financing compliance culture
  • Represent the firm to all external agencies, e.g. regulators or law enforcement agencies
To apply, you will need prior experience as a MLRO with AML experience within fintech, banking or payments services.

You will also require the following:

  • The ability to design, set up and deliver compliance frameworks
  • Extensive experience interacting with regulators
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.


You will receive a salary of £100,000-£110,000 on a pro rata basis and an excellent benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
